Yoga (Physical well-being)

Anxiety and stress are mental health problems. Different yoga poses work very well to reduce stress. The nerves are calmed through pranayama or anulom bilom pranayama. The result is relief from anxiety. Cooling, Janushirasana, Shabasana, Padhastasana, etc. are done through various yoga postures to improve blood circulation and muscle balance. The body can go to rest without worries.

However, yoga must be learned from an experienced guru or from a good institution.

Meditate (Mental Well-Being)

Meditation is one of the 6 steps of yoga. Meditation is extremely effective in reducing instant fatigue and stress. Meditation creates confidence and a positive outlook. Disappointment and negativity are removed. Meditation relaxes our bodies and calms the mind. As a result, the anxiety is removed and the body-mind is happy. So meditate regularly.

You can go to the gym

You can go to the gym safely and properly. You can do a variety of exercises including aerobics, Zumba dance, and stepper dance by going to the gym.

Walk every day

Walking is an exercise that is suitable for less work. Walk for at least 30 minutes every day. This will reduce the body's calories and you will become physically fit and will be stress-free.

Give me time

Set aside some time for yourself every day in the midst of hundreds of activities. And you spend this time just like yourself. You can spend time listening to music, reading books, watching movies or doing anything you like. Also, spend some time in the green nature under the open sky every day if possible.

Smile

Maybe there is no such thing as a smile, but try to smile. Because laughter helps reduce stress, keeps the mind well, and relieves depression.

Need rest and adequate sleep

Rest for 5-10 minutes in between work without continuous work. And after a long work, take some time to relax and sleep 7-8 hours every day.
